While much of the furniture sector continues to battle uncertainty, RH has quietly delivered a powerful financial rebound. Strong earnings, rising margins and ambitious expansion plans suggest a company not just surviving the market, but positioning itself to dominate it.

Yet despite the momentum, caution remains as economic headwinds still threaten short-term growth.
RH reported $3.44 billion in FY2025 revenue, up 8.1% year-on-year, with net income jumping more than 72% to $124.8 million. Fourth-quarter profits more than doubled, highlighting a sharp improvement in performance.
Looking ahead, RH expects modest growth of 4%–8% in 2026, before accelerating further, with long-term ambitions to reach $5.4–$5.8 billion in revenue by 2030. Expansion plans — including new gallery concepts and entry into dozens of new markets, are expected to fuel that growth, even as inflation and interest rate pressures continue to shape the near-term outlook.
