European office furniture manufacturer Nowy Styl has extended its lease at Warsaw's Oxygen Park, reinforcing its long-term commitment to the Polish capital.
The company has also completed a refurbishment of its approximately 550 sqm showroom within the office complex, aligning the space with evolving workplace concepts. The upgraded showroom is designed to support both private office layouts and open-plan environments, reflecting changing demands in modern workspaces.

Nowy Styl, which has operated at Oxygen Park for several years, will remain at the Golden Star Group-owned development for the foreseeable future. The complex, located along Aleje Jerozolimskie, offers more than 18,000 sqm of office space across two buildings.
A spokesperson for the landlord highlighted the site's appeal, citing features such as natural daylight, modern technical solutions and access to surrounding green areas as key factors supporting tenant retention.
The lease extension underscores continued confidence in well-located, flexible office environments, as furniture manufacturers increasingly use showrooms to demonstrate contemporary workplace solutions and engage clients in evolving hybrid work settings.
