Diversified UK & Europe has announced the acquisition of Workspace Design Show (WDS), strengthening its position within the international B2B events sector and expanding its presence in the workplace design market.

Held annually at the Business Design Centre in London and the RAI Amsterdam, Workspace Design Show is recognised as a key platform where the global workspace community gathers to "shape the future of the workplace." The events feature more than 200 exhibitors and attract around 5,000 visitors, including architects, designers, brands, occupiers and innovators.
The acquisition follows a period of rapid growth for the show, reflecting increasing demand for people-centric workplace environments. The most recent edition, held in London on 25–26 February 2026, was the largest to date, welcoming over 5,000 visitors and 140 speakers as part of its seminar programme.
Commenting on the acquisition, Carsten Holm, Managing Director of Diversified UK, said: "We're delighted to be welcoming Workspace Design Show, together with its co-founders Esha and Charlie Bark-Jones, and Sales Manager Roshan Rebello, to Diversified." Holm also highlighted the strategic fit within Diversified's wider portfolio, noting "the potential for real synergies across all functions, which will lead to tangible benefits for visitors, sponsors and exhibitors."
Co-founders Esha and Charlie Bark-Jones welcomed the move, stating: "We are really proud of what we have achieved over the last few years. We saw a very clear niche for the event, and the sector has really embraced our vision, investment and focus." The next editions of Workspace Design Show will take place in London on 24–25 February 2027 and in Amsterdam on 24–25 November 2027, marking the first events under Diversified's ownership.
