Based in Corte Madera, California, RH confirmed that Stanchak will resume leadership of the company's Global Real Estate Expansion and North American Gallery Transformation, a role he previously held from May 2015 to May 2021. In addition, he will oversee initiatives to monetise RH's real estate portfolio across the United States and Europe, reflecting the company's continued focus on integrating property strategy with brand growth.

RH Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Gary Friedman said, "We are thrilled Dave is rejoining Team RH. His leadership expanding our Gallery platform globally, transforming our legacy stores into Design Galleries with integrated Restaurants, Wine and Barista Bars across North America, and pioneering Sale–Leaseback Development projects contributed to the positioning of RH as the leading luxury home furnishings brand in North America."

Stanchak brings more than four decades of experience in the real estate sector, having worked as a senior executive, investor, broker and attorney. His track record includes responsibility for opening more than 2,500 retail locations and deploying over $2.5 billion in capital across major retail developments in the United States, including previous projects with RH.

In his new role, Stanchak will report directly to Friedman and join the company's Executive Leadership team, reinforcing the strategic importance of real estate within RH's broader luxury positioning.

RH continues to evolve its physical retail concept through its Gallery model, which combines residential-scale architecture with hospitality elements such as restaurants, wine bars and café spaces. This approach has become central to the brand's identity, particularly as it expands across key international markets, including Europe and the United Kingdom.

The appointment signals RH's intent to further develop its experiential retail environments while leveraging its property assets as a driver of long-term value. By aligning real estate strategy with design-led retail and hospitality, the company continues to strengthen its presence within the global luxury lifestyle sector.

Operating across North America and Europe, RH positions itself as a curator of design, taste and style, offering integrated collections through physical galleries, digital platforms and immersive brand experiences.
