Roche Bobois has announced its first branded residential tower in the United States, marking a significant step in its international expansion strategy.
The "Roche Bobois St. Pete Tower", unveiled in St. Petersburg, Florida, is a 29-storey development comprising 164 residences and more than 20,000 square feet of amenities. The project is being developed by Valor Real Estate Development and designed by GVI Architects in collaboration with Niz + Chauvet Arquitectos and Roche Bobois.

The residences will be furnished with bespoke pieces from the French brand, reflecting a concept where design extends beyond interiors to shape the entire living experience.
Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026, with completion expected in 2028.
The project represents Roche Bobois' entry into the growing branded residences segment, aligning luxury real estate with high-end design. It also reinforces the company's broader ambition to expand its presence globally while integrating its design identity into new sectors.
