Debonademeo Studio will present Bar Adrenalina Acoustic Lab during Milano Design Week 2026, an experimental installation within MoscaPartners Variations at Palazzo Litta that reimagines the relationship between sound, space and design.

Conceived as a pop-up bar and acoustic laboratory, the project shifts the focus from traditional clubbing experiences to a more nuanced exploration of listening. Rather than introducing external sound, the installation captures voices, movement and social interaction within the space itself, transforming them into a core design element.
The environment is structured across three interconnected spaces, each defined by distinct dimensions, functions and acoustic identities, as well as a dominant colour palette. Visitors are invited to engage with the installation not only as guests, but as active contributors to the design process.
Central to the concept is the idea of co-creation. Sounds generated during the event—including conversations, laughter and bodily movement, will be recorded and analysed. In collaboration with sound and visual artist Michele Spanghero, these recordings will form a sound database that will inform both an original musical composition, to be performed on 23 April, and a future collection of upholstered furniture by Adrenalina.
© DebonademeoAccording to designers Luca de Bona and Dario de Meo, the project aims to "capture sound from within" and translate emotional and social dynamics into physical design outcomes.
On view from 20 to 26 April 2026, Bar Adrenalina transforms interior design into a multi-sensory, participatory experience, where architecture, acoustics and human interaction converge.
