Tapi Carpets & Floors has continued its UK expansion with the opening of a new store in Eastbourne, strengthening its growing national presence. The retailer, founded in 2015, now operates more than 220 locations, with the latest outlet opening on 19 March at Lottbridge Drove Retail Park.

The new store showcases Tapi's full flooring offer, including carpets, laminate, vinyl, luxury vinyl, and wood options. Customers can also browse well-known brands such as Brintons, Brockway, Westex, Karndean and Quickstep, alongside Tapi's exclusive Nike Grind underlay range.
Designed to reflect the company's customer-first approach, the store features a modern, easy-to-navigate layout with transparent pricing and a strong focus on service. Tapi's in-store specialists, known as "floorologists", are on hand to guide customers in selecting flooring suited to their needs and budgets.
CEO Jeevan Karir said the opening marks an opportunity to bring Tapi's offering to a new local audience, combining a wide product range with personalised support. The launch underlines the retailer's ongoing strategy to grow its physical footprint while maintaining a strong customer experience focus.
