The hires come as Magnet advances its three-year growth plan and continues its transition as a standalone UK business under new ownership.
Rupert Nichols brings over 15 years of experience in retail and e-commerce, most recently serving as Customer and Commercial Director at Toolstation. His previous roles include senior positions at Studio Retail, Dixons Carphone and Sainsbury's. At Magnet, he will lead customer and commercial functions, focusing on enhancing the brand's market reach and strengthening its customer proposition.
Guy Tooth joins with extensive expertise in supply chain and manufacturing operations, having held senior roles at Greencore, Morrisons and PepsiCo, and most recently at Moores Furniture Group.
