Held on 24–25 February 2026 at the Business Design Centre, the event brought together architects, designers, occupiers and brands shaping the future of workplace interiors. More than 100 exhibitors showcased solutions across furniture, materials, acoustics, lighting and workplace technology, including Interface, Forbo Flooring Systems, Bisley, Sedus, Pedrali and König + Neurath.

Alongside the exhibition, a comprehensive talks programme featured over 140 speakers across 40 sessions, addressing key themes such as sustainability, circular design, employee experience and hybrid work. Contributors included major firms and organisations such as Gensler, M Moser Associates, Perkins&Will, HLW, Lloyds, Visa and Royal Bank of Canada.

A key highlight of the 2026 edition was the launch of the Workspace Design Awards, recognising standout workplace projects across the UK and Europe. Winners included work by firms such as M Moser Associates, Gensler, tp bennett and Piercy & Company + Arup, with judging led by an industry panel including Knight Frank, Savills and Sanofi.

The show also featured a series of immersive installations, created in collaboration with leading studios. These included the Design Talks Lounge by Gensler, the Circular Hub by Future Works and MCM, and the Merge Lounge by M Moser Associates, providing spaces for networking and collaboration.

Industry participants highlighted the event's growing relevance. Exhibitors reported strong engagement and high-quality conversations, while attendees described the show as a key meeting point for the workplace design community across Europe and beyond.

Following its successful London edition, the Workspace Design Show will return to London in February 2027, with a European edition scheduled for Amsterdam in November 2027, continuing its expansion as an international industry platform.
