The site, located on Innsbrucker Bundesstraße, has been fully modernised over six months and now offers 9,500 m² of retail space across five floors. The upgrade includes energy-efficient LED lighting, improved ventilation and cooling systems, as well as digital features such as electronic price tags, large screens and interactive tools for kitchen planning and product configuration.
In addition to the retail offering, the store features a 120-seat in-house restaurant and introduces a redesigned façade and overall concept. The development has also created 75 new jobs in the region.
XXXLutz acquired the property over a year ago as part of its strategy to strengthen its regional footprint. With existing locations in Innsbruck-Rum, Strass im Zillertal, Zams and Going, the new store enhances the group's coverage of the Tyrolean market.
An opening event with promotional activities is planned to mark the launch.
