Markus Laub will be taking the seat as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Blanco from 1 July 2026.

The restructuring includes the appointment of Rüdiger Böhle as CEO from May 1, 2026, succeeding Frank Gfrörer, who has moved to lead the Blanc & Fischer family holding and will chair Blanco's Supervisory Board. Melanie Aselmann has also joined the leadership team as Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for integrating and coordinating global sales, marketing, product portfolio and service activities.

Laub brings extensive international experience across operations and supply chain management in both industrial and consumer sectors. Most recently, he served as COO at mymuesli AG, where he led operational transformation and efficiency programmes. His previous roles include senior positions in automotive supply, logistics and consulting.

According to the company, the strengthened leadership team positions Blanco to pursue its growth ambitions more effectively, with a focus on operational excellence and global coordination.

Blanco, headquartered in Oberderdingen, Germany, specialises in kitchen water systems, with its BLANCO UNIT concept integrating sinks, faucets, water treatment and cabinet organisation into a single system. The company employs over 1,400 people worldwide and reported annual revenues exceeding €380 million in 2024.
