Efforts to revive a Danish kitchen company have been abandoned, with the trustee deciding not to continue operations following its latest bankruptcy.
The company, Form Plus's, financial situation has deteriorated significantly, with debts now exceeding DKK 10 million, leaving creditors facing uncertain prospects of recovering their money. This marks another setback for the business, which had already gone bankrupt once in 2022.

After the initial collapse, assets were acquired by relatives of former co-owner and professional cyclist Michael Valgren, who previously held a 45% stake. They relaunched and operated the company for just over three years before the recent failure.
The trustee's decision signals that no viable restructuring or buyer was found, effectively ending hopes of saving the business. As a result, creditors are likely to face long delays and potentially limited repayments.
The case highlights ongoing pressures in the kitchen and furniture retail sector, where companies are struggling with financial instability, competition, and shifting market conditions.
