Located in South Coast Plaza, Los Angeles, the boutique reflects the luxury footwear brand's signature aesthetic, combining architectural precision with refined, playful detailing. The space was designed by architect Nick Leith Smith, who created a calm, elegant environment using soft neutral tones and sculptural lighting.
Natural materials meet retail performance
Central to the interior is Parador's Wide Plank Engineered Wood flooring in Oak Tuscan, which anchors the space with a warm, natural finish. The flooring introduces both depth and tactility, complementing the boutique's display concept while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
Beyond aesthetics, the material was selected for its durability and stability, key requirements in a high-traffic retail environment.
Neel Bradham, CEO of Parador, said the collaboration reflects a shared focus on craftsmanship and material quality. "Our Wide Plank Oak Tuscan combines the character of natural timber with the technical performance required for premium retail spaces," he said.
Strengthening a global partnership
The Beverly Hills store builds on the partnership between Parador and Manolo Blahnik, extending a collaboration that began with the brand's Milan flagship. The project also highlights Parador's growing involvement in international luxury retail environments.
Founded in 1977, Parador specialises in engineered wood, laminate and vinyl flooring, with production based in Germany and Austria using sustainably sourced materials.
The latest boutique underscores how flooring plays an increasingly important role in shaping high-end retail experiences, where material choice contributes to both atmosphere and long-term performance.
