Full return to family ownership
Following the passing of long-time partner Michele Dalla Libera, his shares have been transferred to Gina Cester, CEO and Sole Director of Cesar. This transition consolidates full ownership within the founding family, reinforcing the company's long-term strategic direction and preserving its industrial identity.
According to the company, the move creates a clear and stable governance structure to support future development.
Strengthening management structure
Alongside the ownership change, Cesar has appointed Maurizio Vianello as General Manager, effective 2 March 2026.
Reporting directly to Gina Cester, Vianello will oversee operations, commercial activities and finance, with a mandate to strengthen organisational processes, enhance recent investments in product development and technology, and accelerate business growth.
"With Maurizio's arrival, a new phase begins," said Gina Cester. "His experience will allow us to reinforce our organisation and build on the investments made in recent years."

"In recent years, Cesar has invested significantly in product development and technology," said Vianello. "My role will be to enhance this work and accelerate business development."
Next phase of development
The combination of full family ownership and a strengthened management structure is intended to provide the foundation for Cesar's next growth phase, aligning strategic leadership with operational execution.
The company positions this transition as a step toward sustained expansion and long-term competitiveness in the global kitchen market.
