Elements International sells Style Line to Jonathan Louis

Elements International has agreed to sell its Style Line upholstery manufacturing business to California-based furniture company Jonathan Louis. The deal includes all assets, notably a 350,000-square-foot plant in Verona, Mississippi, though financial terms were not disclosed.

The transaction marks a strategic shift for both companies. Elements aims to refocus on faster-growing product categories, while ensuring the Style Line operation transitions to a partner with strong expertise in domestic manufacturing.

For Jonathan Louis, the acquisition supports its long-term growth strategy, expanding its U.S. production footprint beyond its existing operations in Los Angeles and Tijuana. The Mississippi facility will improve geographic reach, distribution efficiency, and manufacturing capacity.

Executives from both sides emphasised continuity, stating that customers will be kept informed throughout the transition. The move also positions the Style Line team for future stability under a manufacturer focused on craftsmanship and customer relationships.

Founded in 1969, Style Line produces mid-priced upholstered furniture, including sofas, sectionals, and chairs. Elements acquired the company in 2019 to complement its imported product mix, and the latest sale reflects changing priorities as market dynamics evolve.
