Discount retailer Action has officially opened its first store in Croatia, marking the company's entry into its 15th market. The new location is in Sesvete, near Zagreb, and represents another step in the retailer's ongoing European expansion.

The store offers Action's well-known concept of low-priced everyday products, featuring around 6,000 items across 14 categories. These include household goods, decoration, DIY products, toys and seasonal items. The company also highlights its focus on good-quality and increasingly sustainable products, while maintaining competitive pricing.
A key part of Action's retail model is its constantly changing assortment. The retailer introduces approximately 150 new products every week, ensuring customers regularly discover new items in stores.
According to the company, the opening in Sesvete is only the beginning of its presence in Croatia. A second store is scheduled to open in Ivanec within eight days, signaling plans for rapid expansion in the country.
Action also emphasised the role of its employees and partners in launching the new store and supporting the company's future growth in the Croatian market.
