Design brand Kenneth Cobonpue has unveiled Trame, a new outdoor furniture collection designed by Federica Capitani, which brings together traditional weaving craftsmanship and contemporary design aesthetics.
The collection is characterised by its distinctive woven loop structure, which reinterprets traditional textile techniques in a modern outdoor furniture context. These loops create a visual rhythm that gives the pieces a sense of lightness and movement while maintaining a strong structural identity.

According to the brand, Trame is designed to introduce a subtle yet expressive presence in outdoor environments, offering furniture that feels both refined and relaxed. The woven construction adds texture and depth, while the open structure keeps the pieces visually light, making them suitable for terraces, gardens and hospitality settings.
Colour plays a central role in the collection. The furniture is available in vibrant hues that bring a gentle energy to open-air spaces without overwhelming the surrounding architecture or landscape. This balance between playful colour and restrained design allows the collection to integrate easily into a wide range of outdoor interiors.
Designer Federica Capitani approached the project with a focus on combining craft heritage with contemporary forms. The woven loops act as both a structural and decorative element, translating traditional weaving methods into a design language suited to modern outdoor living.
With Trame, Kenneth Cobonpue continues to explore the relationship between craft, material and environment, reinforcing the brand's reputation for furniture that blends artisanal techniques with innovative design. The result is a collection that aims to create a calm yet dynamic atmosphere in outdoor spaces, where craftsmanship and colour work together to shape a distinctive design experience.
