What began as a search for innovative solutions within the sleep and bedding market has led to a technology with potentially broad societal impact. The SleepEngine™ POD, developed by UK technology company Cambridge Sleep Sciences, supports the natural sleep process through clinically tested sound waves that train the brain to sleep more effectively.
The device guides the brain through the different stages of sleep throughout the night, promoting a stable and healthy sleep rhythm. This non-contact technology works entirely without wearables or headbands.
