Austrian coatings manufacturer Adler has announced a leadership change at its Polish subsidiary Adler Polska, appointing Tomasz Ściechowski as the new Managing Director. The move is intended to support the company's continued growth in Poland's woodworking, furniture and construction industries.
Founded in 2002, Adler Polska has developed into one of the most successful sales companies within the Adler Group, supplying coatings and finishing solutions to manufacturers of furniture, doors, windows and timber structures. From its headquarters in Krakow and a network of nine service centres, the company serves customers across the country and currently employs around 75 people.

The leadership change follows the retirement of Piotr Czado, who previously led the company as Managing Partner. In 2025, Czado transferred his shares to the Adler Group, making the Austrian manufacturer the sole shareholder of Adler Polska.
Ściechowski brings extensive experience from the building materials sector, where he previously served as a board member at a major trading company. He aims to build on the company's established position in the Polish market.
"Adler Polska is an exceptionally well-organised company with modern standards and a motivated, loyal team. Our aim is, and will remain, to offer the best solutions for our customers," he said.
At the same time, Adler Polska is strengthening its sales organisation. Krzysztof Broda has been appointed Sales Manager for the industrial division, working alongside Robert Sroka, the long-standing Head of Commercial Sales and one of the company's founding members. The team will focus on expanding the company's presence in key sectors including furniture manufacturing and industrial wood processing.
Headquartered in Schwaz, Austria, Adler is the country's leading manufacturer of paints, coatings and wood protection products. The family-owned company, founded in 1934, employs around 730 people and produces more than 20,000 tonnes of coatings annually, supplying customers across Europe.
Innovation and sustainability remain central to the company's strategy, with ongoing investments in low-emission coatings, circular product development and environmental partnerships, areas that are becoming increasingly relevant for the furniture and interior design industries seeking more sustainable finishing solutions.
