International lighting manufacturer Zumtobel Group has appointed Frank Augustsson as Managing Director Nordics to strengthen its position across Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland.

Augustsson assumed the role at the beginning of March 2026 and will report directly to CEO Alfred Felder. The move forms part of the company's strategy to expand its footprint in the region, where the group currently holds a market share of just under 5%.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the lighting industry, Augustsson previously held senior positions at Fagerhult and brings extensive knowledge of the Nordic and European markets. His expertise includes driving growth, improving profitability and building high-performing teams.
Felder said the appointment reflects the company's ambitions in the region, highlighting Augustsson's strong industry experience and understanding of Nordic markets.
Augustsson said he intends to build on the company's existing foundations and work with regional teams to strengthen Zumtobel's presence while delivering sustainable long-term growth.
The appointment underscores Zumtobel's strategy to increase its market share in the Nordic countries and further develop its position in the European lighting sector.
