Italian furniture brand Molteni&C has opened a new flagship store in Mumbai, strengthening its presence in the rapidly growing Indian luxury interiors and design market.
Located in one of Mumbai's luxury districts, the showroom has been developed in partnership with Vivono Designs, a Mumbai-based interiors and furniture company known for introducing international design brands to the Indian market. The collaboration aims to offer architects, interior designers and private clients access to Italian craftsmanship and contemporary furniture solutions within the region.

As Molteni&C's operating partner in India, Vivono Designs supports projects from design coordination and technical detailing to procurement, logistics and installation, ensuring that the brand's standards of craftsmanship and innovation are maintained across residential and commercial projects.
The new flagship reflects Molteni&C's vision of creating spaces that resemble a refined and welcoming home environment, showcasing the brand's collections through carefully composed interior settings. The store also pays tribute to some of the leading figures in architecture and design who contribute to the brand's identity, including Creative Director Vincent Van Duysen, Herzog & de Meuron, Foster + Partners, Jean Nouvel and Christophe Delcourt.
The showroom experience begins with the Outdoor Collection, where the Palinfrasca sofa, Phoenix armchairs, and Regent coffee tables by Vincent Van Duysen create a transition between indoor and outdoor living. Nearby, the Arc outdoor table by Foster + Partners is paired with Green Point chairs from the Timeout collection, highlighting the brand's architectural approach to outdoor furniture.

Further inside, visitors encounter a series of living environments featuring pieces such as the Emile modular sofa, Odile coffee table by Christophe Delcourt, and Lia armchair by GamFratesi. The space is structured by the Hector bookcase, designed by Van Duysen, which defines the layout while maintaining visual continuity across the showroom.
The store also presents Molteni&C's kitchen and dining solutions, including the Intersection kitchen island in natural stone and the Lise dining table by Christophe Delcourt in white marble, surrounded by Devon armchairs by Rodolfo Dordoni.

With the opening of the Mumbai flagship, Molteni&C continues to expand its global retail network while responding to the increasing demand for high-end Italian furniture and design-led interiors across India's residential and hospitality sectors.
