British flooring manufacturer Amtico has unveiled the latest evolution of its Spacia luxury vinyl tile (LVT) collection, designed to meet the changing needs of contemporary commercial interiors. The updated collection focuses on versatility, natural material character and simplified specification, responding to how architects and designers are shaping today's workplaces, hospitality spaces and residential developments.

Originally launched 21 years ago, the Spacia range has been reworked to reflect the way commercial spaces are now designed and used. According to Amtico, designers are increasingly influenced by cross-sector trends and the need for interiors that are adaptable, durable and easy to specify across multiple applications.
Within the updated collection, wood designs take a more prominent role, reflecting the ongoing preference for warm, natural interiors. The range includes soft Scandinavian-inspired tones, smooth natural oaks, expressive grain patterns, gently weathered finishes and darker woods influenced by mid-century and heritage interiors.
The emphasis throughout the collection is on texture, movement and subtle tonal variation, allowing flooring to complement a wide range of interior schemes without dominating the overall design. Parquet formats have also been expanded, with every wood design now available in parquet, bringing the total to 140 parquet options.

Alongside wood finishes, Spacia Stones combine classic natural references with more contemporary aesthetics. The range includes timeless stone textures, embedded concrete effects and refreshed terrazzo designs, offering designers additional options for zoning and visual interest in larger commercial environments. The updated selection also reintroduces classic marble tones, including a timeless black-and-white palette.
"When we stepped back and looked at how Spacia was being specified, the conversation wasn't really about trends, it was about longevity, versatility and making good decisions quickly," said Karen Quarterman-Crisford, Design Manager at Amtico. "We wanted to create a collection that feels considered, not complicated, with enough variety and character to work across very different types of commercial spaces."
Designed for demanding environments, the flooring features a 0.55 mm wear layer and comes with a 10-year commercial warranty. Optional enhancements include Acoustic backing, Spacia Safety for improved slip resistance and Amtico Bio, which uses bio-attributed PVC.
Manufactured at Amtico's UK headquarters in Coventry, the Spacia collection is stocked in the UK and ready for rapid delivery, supporting fast-paced commercial projects where availability, performance and ease of specification are key priorities.
