At Laufen space Milano (Via Manzoni 23), the brand will present "When Time Becomes Material," an exhibition curated by renowned designer Konstantin Grcic. The exhibition introduces a new collection that explores the concept of time as a new form of luxury, reflecting the growing importance of durability, craftsmanship and long-lasting materials in contemporary interiors.
The Milan showroom will also host a new chapter of the Kartell • Laufen collaboration, further developing the dialogue between materials, colour and industrial precision within the bathroom environment.
A key highlight of the brand's presentation is the introduction of Vitreon steel, a new material integrated into Laufen's premium furniture systems. The technology expands the brand's material palette while supporting a unified design language focused on structural clarity, durability and technical precision.
"Vitreon steel expands our material vocabulary in a very exciting way. This high-precision, durable technology enables us to push the boundaries of developing the most innovative and sustainable bathroom solutions," said Marc Viardot, Corporate Marketing and Design Director at Roca Group.
Alongside the Fuorisalone installation, Laufen will showcase its latest product developments and collections at the Salone del Mobile's International Bathroom Exhibition, presenting them within a spatial concept that highlights the brand's commitment to technological innovation and long-lasting design.
The Fuorisalone exhibition will run from 20 to 26 April 2026, with press previews scheduled for 18 April and 20 April at Laufen space Milano.
At Salone del Mobile (Hall 10, stands B11, B19, C12 and C16), visitors will experience the brand's evolving bathroom portfolio within a curated presentation that emphasises sustainability, advanced materials and contemporary design culture.
Through its Milan programme, Laufen aims to demonstrate how material innovation and enduring design principles are shaping the next generation of bathroom architecture and interior spaces.
