The landmark showroom, Kutchenhaus Beckenham, is located at 180 High Street in Greater London and reflects the company's continued expansion strategy built around locally owned franchise businesses. The brand has grown from fewer than ten showrooms in 2017 to 100 locations in 2026, making it one of the fastest-growing kitchen franchise businesses in the UK.
The new showroom is owned and operated by Charlotte Scofield, who now runs three Kutchenhaus locations following the success of her showrooms in Orpington and Sevenoaks. As one of the brand's early franchise partners, Scofield has witnessed the company's expansion first-hand.
"Orpington was the sixth Kutchenhaus showroom, and now I'm delighted to be launching the brand's 100th space," Charlotte comments. "That really speaks for itself, having been a Kutchenhaus franchise partner for several years and delighted to be present for the entire journey. It's fantastic to watch the business grow and exciting to reach this milestone."
Designed to inspire homeowners, the Beckenham showroom features five kitchen displays, high ceilings and a dedicated dressing and bedroom area, offering customers a space to explore design ideas and solutions for their homes.

"My passion has always been for design and delivering kitchens which bring both joy and pride to customers. I'm incredibly proud of my team and the people I work with. Together we get to know the customer, understand their needs and deliver on our promise. Receiving glowing reviews from people who have put their trust in us has made every moment worthwhile." Scofield adds.
Kutchenhaus attributes much of its growth to the strength of its franchise model. Today, more than 40% of franchise partners operate multiple showrooms, reflecting the confidence owners have in expanding within the network.
Jim Barnard, General Manager at Kutchenhaus, said: "Opening our 100th showroom is only possible because of our talented franchise partner network. The people driving these businesses and the passion within them are the reason we can proudly offer customers exceptional design and a winning customer experience, from idea to installation."
Owned by nobilia, Europe's largest kitchen manufacturer, Kutchenhaus benefits from direct access to German-engineered kitchens and a robust supply chain. With ambitious plans for further international expansion, the brand aims to continue growing its showroom network in the UK and beyond, building on its presence in Portugal, Australia and the United States.
