Mute served as Headline Sponsor and Networking Party Sponsor, playing a central role in supporting the awards. Szymon Rychlik, Founder and CEO of Mute, expressed enthusiasm for the opportunity to connect with the industry and witness the exceptional calibre of projects shaping the future of workplace design. Esha Bark-Jones, Event Director of Workspace Design Show, noted that the response from the industry, the quality of entries, and the standard of the winning projects reflected a strong appetite to recognise excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the workplace design community. All winners received specially designed 3D-printed trophies created by CECOCECO, shaped as a sculptural "W" symbolising collaboration while minimising material waste, combining terrazzo-inspired and wood-grain finishes to capture the warmth of natural materials without their environmental cost.
The awards were supported by industry partners including Mute, Ojmar, Modulyss, Oscar Acoustics, and CECOCECO. The Workspace Design Show is scheduled to return to the Business Design Centre in London on 25–26 February 2026, featuring over 500 workplace products, 120+ speakers, and immersive installations, with more than 5,000 workplace decision-makers expected to attend.
