Rooted in over 70 years of artisanal expertise in artistic artefacts and outdoor furnishings, Paolelli Outdoor is expanding its design language beyond planters and pots to include tables, seating and sculptural outdoor pieces. This evolution marks a new chapter for the family-run company, positioning it within the contemporary outdoor living segment for both residential and contract environments.

Concrete as expressive design material
At the brand's production facility in the Tuscia region of central Italy, concrete is reimagined as an expressive and tactile design medium. Traditionally perceived as heavy and structural, the material is lightened, refined and softened to achieve a new balance between strength and warmth. The result is a surface that remains robust yet inviting, defined by controlled thicknesses, softened geometries and velvety finishes that encourage touch and everyday use.

This material research is realised through two patented, high-performance formulations. Cementeco, made from 100 per cent ecological ingredients, offers an authentic concrete aesthetic with a weight reduced by approximately two-thirds compared to traditional concrete. Stone Lite blends concrete with mineral binders to achieve a richly textured, stone-like surface characterised by depth and chromatic nuance.

Three new collections for Salone del Mobile.Milano
At Salone del Mobile.Milano, Paolelli Outdoor will preview three new collections that expand the brand's creative horizon:

OTTO Collection by OTTO Studio
A family of tables, side tables, stools and planters defined by pure, rounded geometries and a carefully calibrated play of solids and voids. The collection humanises concrete, introducing warmth and approachability while retaining a strong sculptural presence. Designed for outdoor use, OTTO transitions seamlessly into indoor residential and contract settings.

Fronda by Studio Marco Piva
Inspired by naural movement, Fronda translates the fluidity of leaves and shifting shadows into undulating profiles and softened edges. Fine vegetal imprints and subtle surface veining create rhythm and depth, expressing a balance between organic growth and disciplined design.

Jolly by Studio Adolini
Jolly reinterprets the planter as a modular, multifunctional object. Through stacking elements of the same diameter, the collection transforms into side tables, discreet storage or sculptural centrepieces. The system invites composition and experimentation, allowing spaces to evolve through flexible configurations.

With its debut at Milano Design Week 2026, Paolelli Outdoor positions concrete as a contemporary design protagonist, combining Italian craftsmanship, material innovation and a refined vision of outdoor living that blurs the boundaries between inside and outside.
