The partnership brings together Alujain Corporation's established regional manufacturing platform in advanced polymers with Beaulieu International Group's internationally recognised expertise in synthetic fibres and non-wovens. The joint venture represents a significant step in supporting the Kingdom's industrial development ambitions and strengthening domestic manufacturing capabilities.

Expansion of local production in Yanbu
The proposed joint venture will focus on further expanding Alujain Corporation's existing Geonatpet operations in Yanbu. By combining advanced manufacturing technologies, operational expertise and international market knowledge, the partners aim to create a high-performance production platform serving infrastructure, construction and environmental applications.

Jean-Baptiste De Ruyck, Chief Executive Officer of Beaulieu International Group, commented:
"This strategic investment reflects our long-term commitment to strengthening our core businesses while building a truly global manufacturing footprint. Through this partnership with Alujain Corporation, we are bringing advanced technologies and international market expertise in synthetic fibres to Saudi Arabia. By pooling strong production capabilities, advanced machinery and highly skilled teams, we aim to achieve greater efficiency, improved reliability and long-term value creation for our customers worldwide."

Khalid Al Dawood, Chief Executive Officer of Alujain Corporation, added:
"This partnership marks an important milestone in Alujain's downstream growth strategy and our ambition to deliver advanced geosynthetic solutions for large-scale infrastructure projects. Together with Beaulieu International Group, we will accelerate local production of advanced materials critical for infrastructure, construction and environmental applications, while supporting the Kingdom's Vision 2030 objectives and strengthening Saudi Arabia's export capacity to global markets."

Strengthening global supply chains
The joint venture is expected to enhance global supply chain resilience and improve delivery reliability for customers worldwide. In parallel, the collaboration underlines both companies' shared ambition to foster local industrial capacity, encourage technology transfer and position Saudi Arabia as a leading hub for the production of synthetic fibres and nonwovens.
