Habitat, continuing its European relaunch, has entered Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, and German-speaking Switzerland. A German-language version of the website has been launched, with localised e-commerce features including popular payment options like PayPal and Klarna, a 5-year warranty, 30-day return policy, and dedicated German-speaking customer service. The Swiss site allows switching between French and German, and Habitat is also present on Swiss e-commerce platform Galaxus.

CEO Sacha Vigna emphasised the strategy of combining strong local e-commerce experiences, tailored services, and design consistent with Habitat's brand DNA to drive sustainable international growth.
Looking ahead, Habitat plans further expansion across Europe, including the Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, and the Nordic countries (Norway, Sweden, Denmark) within 2026.
This expansion signals Habitat's focus on localised digital retail and high-touch services alongside physical presence, aiming to strengthen its footprint in Europe's design-conscious markets.
