The prestigious Gold Medal of Grupa MTP was awarded to ten standout products that reflect the direction in which contemporary interiors are moving: modular living concepts, multifunctional furniture, refined comfort solutions and a growing emphasis on material quality and design coherence across the home.

A strong common thread among this year's winners is flexibility. Modular systems such as Bologna by PUSZMAN and Windy by Wajnert Meble demonstrate how furniture increasingly adapts to changing lifestyles and living spaces. With configurable elements, extendable seating depths and relaxation functions, these collections respond to the growing demand for personalised comfort in both compact urban apartments and larger open-plan interiors. The Prado XL modular corner sofa by Wersal further underlines this trend, combining elegant styling with adjustable backrests and optional electric footrests for enhanced everyday use.

Multifunctionality is another defining theme. Lenart Meble's Electric Bed Concept reflects how living spaces are becoming increasingly hybrid. The electric wall bed transforms a living room into a bedroom at the touch of a button, integrating intelligent safety systems and optional LED lighting. Similarly, the UniLine modular system by Layman introduces a cohesive design approach across kitchen, living room and bathroom, responding to the growing popularity of open-plan interiors where visual continuity and material consistency are key.

Comfort, now seen as an essential design value rather than a luxury, is central to several awarded products. The Gregor sofa and the Sora corner sofa by STELLA (Groupe Poldem) combine refined aesthetics with advanced ergonomic solutions, including adjustable headrests and Zero Gravity relaxation functions designed to improve posture, circulation and overall wellbeing. These solutions reflect a broader market shift towards furniture that actively supports daily comfort and long-term use.

Alongside functionality and comfort, material quality and craftsmanship remain highly valued. The Campi Collection by Katmandu, designed by Maria Pietrzak, highlights the enduring appeal of solid wood furniture with minimalist lines and careful detailing. The Lulea bed by Laverto similarly focuses on durability and refined workmanship, offering a modern aesthetic combined with accessible pricing. In the lighting category, the Lava lamp collection by TK Tomasz Krywult brings a more sculptural dimension to interiors, using smoked glass inspired by natural lava forms to create atmospheric lighting for both residential and commercial spaces.

Together, the Gold Medal winners of 2026 paint a clear picture of the current priorities shaping the furniture industry: adaptability, multifunctionality, comfort-driven design and material authenticity. The awarded products reflect how manufacturers are responding to evolving living patterns, where interiors are expected to be flexible, cohesive and emotionally engaging, while remaining practical for everyday life.

With this year's selection, Meble Polska 2026 once again positions itself as a key platform for spotting emerging product innovations and design directions in the European furniture market.
