Actona returns to the Danish Messe C FurnitureFair

The upcoming MESSE C FurnitureFair will once again gather furniture professionals in Fredericia from 26–29 April 2026, with organisers positioning the event as a focused platform for business, networking and industry exchange. Following a well-attended debut edition, the fair will this year be consolidated into MESSE C's Hall A, aiming to improve accessibility and provide a clearer overview for visitors and exhibitors alike.

Among the returning exhibitors is Actona Group, the West Jutland-based manufacturer, which reports strong commercial and relational outcomes from its participation last year. Key Account Manager Martin Lindbjerg described the previous edition as highly productive across multiple Nordic markets.

"The first edition was really, really good, we got a lot of new customers and contacts. It was also very well attended. My colleague and I spoke to a large number of Danish customers, and our Swedish and Norwegian agents also had a lot of them," he said.

According to Lindbjerg, the fair's structure enabled extended, meaningful dialogue between suppliers and buyers, creating conditions conducive to long-term cooperation.

"There is a seriousness and professionalism throughout, and both as a supplier and visitor you feel welcomed. We are proud to be able to present our collection in such a professional setting. It also motivates us to develop ourselves, we lift each other up," notes Martin Lindbjerg.

While concrete orders exceeded expectations, the company stresses that face-to-face engagement remains a primary objective. The event enables meetings with both new and existing partners in a compressed timeframe that would otherwise require extensive travel.

"It would take us a long time to meet the same number of customers around the country. Here we meet both owners and employees, new and existing partners, face to face. There was a positive atmosphere and a great dialogue all four days, and that is the most important thing for us," he emphasizes.

For the 2026 edition, Actona plans to present new products from its Actona and Flexlux brands, including shelving solutions, dining tables and dining chairs, anticipating continued interest from buyers across Northern and wider European markets.

Looking ahead to the revised layout, Lindbjerg expressed optimism about the event's efficiency and visibility.

"It will be even easier to find all the players and get an overview. So four good days are planned, and if we can live up to the level from last year, that's really good," he says.
