A major furniture and home accessories chain is expanding its presence in Warsaw with a new, smaller-format store in Galeria Północna, designed for quick and inspiring shopping trips. The 322 m² store focuses on seasonal decorations, rugs, textiles, home and children's room accessories, kitchen and dining items, and budget-friendly products that combine style with low prices.

Agata, the Polish chain behind the expansion, has been accelerating the rollout of compact stores since last year as part of a long-term strategy to diversify sales channels and increase brand accessibility in major urban areas. The new format differs from the traditional large showrooms by concentrating on add-ons and decorations that often complement larger furniture purchases.
The expansion continues with a freestanding store scheduled to open on 26 February in Mysiadło, just outside of Warsaw, offering a full range of furniture and accessories.
A spokesperson said the concept allows Agata to bring "inspiration, convenience and availability" closer to customers, while another executive highlighted that the smaller stores act as "natural complements" to flagship locations. The hybrid approach demonstrates the growing importance of flexible formats and proximity to consumers in the retail furniture market.
