Balanced package for employees
The confirmed agreement runs for 12 months, from 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2026. Central to the arrangement is a structured pay increase in two phases, totalling 4% (2% from 1 November 2025 and a further 2% from 1 July 2026).

In addition to the salary increase, Villeroy & Boch will maintain its existing package of attractive benefits. These include schemes for senior employees and the internal social fund, which support social security for staff at Roden. To further improve work processes and employee engagement, Villeroy & Boch will implement additional measures in close collaboration with the unions. These measures are aimed at strengthening internal communication and simplifying information processes.
