For the fourth consecutive year, Hideo has been honoured at the German Design Awards, receiving the Excellent Product Design Award in the Bath & Wellness category for its IN-2000-E / Infinity-Bio bathtub.

Founder and designer Hideo Shimizu accepted the award at the ceremony held at the Forum of the Frankfurt Exhibition Grounds, emphasising the brand's commitment to blending aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
The IN-2000-E / Infinity-Bio reimagines bathing as a shared wellness experience. Its soft, fluid forms evoke the infinity symbol, and ergonomic design with dual backrests and armrests ensures maximum comfort. The matte, silky Cristalplant® surface is solid, sustainable, and antimicrobial, uniting style with high-performance functionality.
