At the 2026 Ambiente trade fair in Frankfurt, Nolte Küchen was awarded the Kitchen Innovation Award in the "Award-Winning Concept" category for its matt lacquer kitchen concept, also receiving the "Best of the Best" seal in the kitchen furniture segment.

The expanded matt lacquer concept emphasises design, individuality, and aesthetic versatility, offering six different fronts, 20 colours that can be combined, matching handles, and coordinated wall colours. Every element is designed to balance design freedom with functional comfort.
The Kitchen Innovation Award evaluates both technical criteria and consumer perspectives. After a preliminary selection by a jury of experts from architecture, gastronomy, and related fields, final evaluation is carried out by consumers through independent market research, assessing design, innovation, functionality, ergonomics, and sustainability.
The jury highlighted Nolte Küchen's focus on customer needs, noting how the concept provides extensive customisation options while guiding consumers in choosing colours for furniture and walls. Managing Director Heiko Maibach expressed delight that the consumer-oriented concept impressed the jury and earned both awards, reinforcing the company's commitment to combining innovation with user-focused design.
