Award-winning creative consultancy Motive has reimagined the new Brixton headquarters of sustainable personal-care brand Wild, delivering a fully immersive, brand-led workplace designed to support rapid growth and a strong company culture. Working alongside design and build specialists Soul Spaces, Motive translated Wild's bold and playful identity into a spatial experience described by the client as "like a best mate on a hen do."

From the outset, Motive adopted a light-touch, sustainability-first approach, reworking partitions to support Wild's open, collaborative culture, while investing in finishes, materials, and bespoke brand installations rather than unnecessary construction.
Sophie Simmonds, Head of People at Wild, explains: "From day one it was clear Motive had really researched our brand and came prepared with thoughtful, brand-relevant ideas about how to truly make our office Wild."
The workspace immediately conveys the brand's personality. An outrageous pink, furry feature wall emblazoned with the Wild logo greets visitors, while a bespoke reception desk, inspired by Wild's deodorant case, features flowers blooming from within, a playful nod to the company's nature-driven ethos. Meeting rooms are named after Wild's original fragrances, bringing their individual aromas to life through feature rugs, pendant lighting, bespoke console tables, and playful installations, including a rain-cloud in the 'Thunderstorm' room and a radiant rug in 'Sunkissed'.

Rob Venice, Founder and Creative Director at Motive, says: "Wild were a dream to work with. Balancing the powerful sentiment behind their cause with the absurdity and fearless playfulness of their brand shaped every decision we made in translating their story into physical space. We worked closely with the Wild team to push boundaries while weaving every element of what they stand for into the environment, so that from aroma to texture it's impossible not to smile as you move through the space."
The office includes a central all-hands social area anchored by a custom cabinet bar inspired by Wild's deodorant case, product displays on bold blue shelving, and two tiled alcoves with showerhead-inspired lighting, reflecting Wild's "bathroom revolution." Hidden surprises, such as dancing polar bears beneath disco balls and googly eyes on objects, reinforce the playful, immersive atmosphere.
The resulting workplace is simultaneously nurturing and outrageous, designed to reflect Wild's fearless personality while enhancing employee experience and engagement.
