In 2025, Vasano, an expert in customer relations, released its annual ranking of the highest-rated home retail brands on Google, marking the fourth consecutive year of this assessment. The ranking covers furniture, kitchens, appliances, garden centrse, and DIY retailers, reflecting customer satisfaction through online reviews, with Google accounting for over 94% of online searches in France.

In the kitchen sector, Cuisines Références maintained its top position for the fourth year in a row, achieving an average rating of 4.85 out of 5 across 1,942 reviews. In furniture, Mobilier de France remained the highest-rated brand with an average score of 4.82, experiencing growth in the number of reviews from around 7,000 to more than 8,600. Appliance retailers were assessed for the first time, with MDA Electroménager leading this new category with an average rating of 4.67 based on 3,656 reviews. In the DIY and gardening sector, Castorama saw a significant rise from 3.96 in 2024 to 4.70 in 2025, with over 103,000 reviews, while Gamm vert maintained its leading position with a slight increase to 4.72. Across all sectors combined, the overall average rating reached 4.32, slightly higher than the 4.28 recorded the previous year.
This ranking highlights the brands that have consistently delivered strong customer satisfaction, demonstrating their ability to engage with and respond to consumers effectively in a competitive home retail market.
