Karaca currently operates physical stores in key German locations including Mannheim, the Mall of Berlin, Cologne, and Frankfurt's NordWestZentrum. Store formats range from 380 to 1,000 square metres and collectively attract around 46,500 visitors per month. Further openings are planned in Munich and Stuttgart.
Alongside physical retail, Karaca continues to invest in its own digital channels. The company's website records approximately 475,000 monthly visitors, while its mobile app reaches around 387,000 users.
Germany also plays a critical role in Karaca's logistics and distribution network. A 15,000-square-metre central warehouse handles roughly 700,000 online shipments annually, serving much of Western Europe. Capacity is expected to rise to one million shipments per year by 2026, reinforcing Germany's strategic importance to the brand's long-term European ambitions.
