CEO Sebastian Bartkowiak noted that despite a cautious market outlook, the company successfully expanded its sales channels and diversified its portfolio, securing stability across multiple markets. Investments in new warehouses, machinery, and a growing workforce supported this expansion, although Bartkowiak highlighted that profitability remains a focus for coming years.
Premium products dominated Forner's portfolio, with the 'Velvet Ultra Matt 7393 kasjmier' emerging as the top-selling colour across segments. The Onyx collection, praised for its durability and versatility, opened new design opportunities. Local favourites included the compact HPL board Forner BB 402 – zandsteen.
Forner showcased its innovations at major trade fairs including Interzum, River Event, Sicam, and Warsaw Home, receiving widespread acclaim. Looking ahead, 2026 plans include technological upgrades such as a new edge cutting machine and automated flatlam production line to boost productivity by up to 40 percent, alongside expanding showrooms and partnerships to maintain premium market growth.
