For many years, Dynasit has operated within the medical and technical sphere, developing dynamic sitting solutions rooted in health science rather than furniture design trends. Now, the company is extending this expertise to the furniture industry for the first time, presenting its products at Meble Polska as a practical addition to contemporary seating.
Founded in 2009, Dynasit brings a background in inflatable technologies and certified medical devices to an audience of furniture manufacturers and distributors. At the fair, the company aims to demonstrate how active sitting principles, traditionally associated with physiotherapy and medical use, can be integrated into office and educational furniture without changing the fundamental structure of existing seating.
Ivan Dobis, Managing Director at Dynasit, explains how the brand's development has been shaped by its background in inflatable product manufacturing and its gradual move into medical devices designed for everyday use.

Accidental prototype to medical device
Dynasit's origin can be traced back to an unexpected moment during the development of an inflatable cushion intended for a different application. A visiting physiotherapist recognised its potential for regular sitting and highlighted the benefits of dynamic seating for posture and overall health. 'Everyone should have this,' Ivan recalls, referring to the moment that redirected the company's focus.
That insight led Dynasit to develop products that combine medical functionality with a form suitable for daily environments. 'We realised there was potential to create something that improves health but can also be used naturally at work or at school,' says Ivan. Today, Dynasit products are registered medical devices under Regulation EU 2017/745, reflecting the company's focus on compliance and measurable health impact.
Redefining the role of seating
Dynasit's philosophy is based on the idea that traditional static sitting contributes to long term physical strain. 'In professional circles, people often say that sitting is the new smoking,' Ivan explains. 'Our goal is to change static sitting into active and dynamic sitting.'
The products are designed to support correct posture, activate stabilising muscles, stimulate circulation, and reduce pressure on intervertebral discs. According to Ivan, 'Dynamic sitting helps both the body and mental focus, especially for people who sit for many hours every day.'

First time at Meble Polska
Meble Polska marks Dynasit's first appearance at an international furniture fair. The decision reflects a strategic step towards collaboration with the furniture sector, particularly manufacturers of office and school seating. 'We want to introduce our solution directly to chair manufacturers and distributors,' Ivan says.
The fair provides an opportunity to observe reactions and gather feedback from industry professionals. 'This is new for us. We want to see how visitors respond when they experience the product themselves,' he adds.
Hands-on experience
Dynasit's stand focuses on direct interaction. Visitors are invited to test the products and compare static and dynamic sitting in real time. 'They can feel the difference immediately,' Ivan notes. 'It is important for us that people understand the concept through experience.'
Beyond awareness, the company is looking to build long term partnerships. 'We are looking for manufacturers and distributors who want to integrate our solution into their seating concepts,' Ivan explains. The focus remains on Europe, with particular relevance for office and educational environments.
Dynasit's message at Meble Polska is clear and practical. 'Healthy sitting is not a luxury,' Ivan concludes. 'It is an accessible improvement that can be integrated into everyday furniture and make a meaningful difference over time.'
