CBA Villeroy & Boch: company submits amended final offer

On 27 January, the unions held new talks with Villeroy & Boch regarding the collective agreement. The employer submitted a revised final offer, highlighting the main changes and the next steps in the process.

The new proposal covers a 14-month period, from 1 November 2025 to 31 December 2026. In addition, the employer is proposing a structural wage increase of 2% from 1 November 2025 and another 2% from 1 July 2026. The previously planned extended two-shift schedule has been dropped. The full final offer is available as an appendix to the union newsletter for employees to review.

The unions emphasize that it is up to the employees themselves to decide whether to accept the proposal. To discuss and vote on the final offer, CNV and FNV are organizing joint members' meetings.

These meetings will be held on Thursday, 5 February, in the company restaurant at De Trefpunt. The first session will start at 13:30, the second at 15:30. Questions will be answered during the meetings, followed by a vote on the final offer. If the proposal is rejected, a so-called three-quarter or action meeting will immediately follow. Approval from three-quarters of the members present is required to take any actions. Employees must be physically present to vote on both the final offer and any potential actions.
