Fabryki Mebli Forte reports solid preliminary results for the third quarter of the 2025/26 fiscal year, showing a 5% increase in consolidated sales revenue compared to the same period in 2024. The company recorded PLN 308 million in revenue for the quarter, including PLN 58 million from the sale of surplus furniture boards, up from PLN 293 million and PLN 37 million respectively in the previous year.

For the nine-month period from April to December 2025, Forte's consolidated sales revenue reached PLN 858 million, an 11% increase from PLN 772 million in 2024. The estimated consolidated EBIT for the same period grew 75% year-on-year to PLN 63 million, although third-quarter EBIT fell to PLN 12 million from PLN 22 million in the previous year. The decline is partly offset by the positive impact of the company's currency risk hedging strategy.
Forte also completed the acquisition of the remaining 49% of shares in SPECIFIC sp. z o.o., bringing full consolidation into the group from January 1, 2026. The management noted that the figures are preliminary and may differ from final results to be published in the full report.
The results demonstrate Forte's continued operational efficiency and strategic consolidation amid a competitive furniture market.
