Pappelina has announced its Spring/Summer 2026 collection, showcasing a new range of woven rugs crafted in the heart of Dalarna, Sweden, where traditional weaving techniques meet contemporary design. The collection introduces three new designs and a new colourway of a classic pattern, each reflecting the brand's signature qualities: playfulness, bold forms, enduring quality, and long-lasting design.

"For us, design is about more than appearance, it's about how something lives in the home. Our aim has always been to create long-lasting rugs that adds personality and character to a space, regardless of aesthetics. Our rugs are made to be used and loved for a very long time," said Lina Rickardsson, Founder and Designer of Pappelina.
The collection opens with TOM, a design inspired by Palm Beach's decorative ironwork and the glamour of the 1950s. With clean graphic lines and a mid-century modern colour palette, TOM blends nostalgia with contemporary simplicity, offering harmony and character to interiors. It is available in five colours—Leaf, Ocean Blue, Ochre, Black, Burgundy—and four sizes ranging from 70x120 cm to 70x300 cm.
ANYA draws on the tradition of Swedish midsummer, celebrating wildflowers and the season's simplicity and joy. The design features a central dot, a technical hallmark of Pappelina weaving, producing a pattern that feels fresh yet familiar. ANYA is offered in six colours, including Pale Yellow, Misty Mint, River Blue, Brick, Oregano, and Pale Orange, and three sizes from 70x100 cm to 70x300 cm.
