Rotpunkt Küchen achieves record sales in 2025

East Westphalian kitchen manufacturer Rotpunkt Küchen reached its highest-ever sales in 2025, reporting €103.7 million, a 6.25% increase over the previous year. Growth was driven by higher average order values and a 2.3% rise in volume, reflecting strong demand for kitchens, utility rooms, wardrobes, and bathrooms. Appliances are not included in the figures, with the kitchen segment remaining the primary revenue driver under the company's "more than kitchens" strategy.

Export markets continue to drive growth
Rotpunkt Küchen's export quota remains at 80%, with notable growth in the Netherlands and Denmark. France performed steadily, the UK showed slight growth, and Austria has returned to growth after a temporary slowdown. The Middle East is emerging as a key region, with long-term partnerships and project business increasingly contributing to revenues.

Outlook for 2026
Managing Director of Sales & Marketing, Sven Herden, emphasises that market conditions remain challenging, particularly with fewer new construction projects than desired. Nevertheless, Rotpunkt Küchen plans to leverage its strengths, product variety and differentiation potential, alongside retail partners to sustain growth. Export markets are seen as the primary source of future dynamic growth, while domestic sales continue to gain importance.
