MIDJ brings contemporary design outdoors

MIDJ continues to redefine outdoor living with flexible, customisable solutions that blend durability, comfort, and refined aesthetics. Designed for terraces, gardens, hospitality settings, and high-traffic environments, the 2026 outdoor collection treats exterior spaces as natural extensions of architecture, creating environments that are both functional and visually harmonious.

Key Collections and Designers

  • Plissé, by Paola Navone, features a sculptural, pleated base inspired by fashion, serving as both a functional table and an architectural feature. Its versatile configurations, dining, bistro, bar-height, and coffee tables, adapt to various outdoor scales and uses.
  • Ola, by Paolo Vernier, offers elegantly proportioned seating with a minimal profile, ideal for integrating seamlessly with surrounding architecture.
  • Stack, designed by Martini & Dall'Agnol, is lightweight, stackable, and highly functional, perfectly suited for operational outdoor environments without sacrificing design presence.
  • Yak, a modular sofa by Nicola Bonriposi, combines a robust yet light structure with a screw-free interlocking assembly, offering adaptability and comfort for lounge areas, terraces, and shared relaxation spaces.

MIDJ's approach is supported by the Officina delle Idee, the company's in-house laboratory, allowing full customisation of materials, finishes, colours, and dimensions. Every piece is made in Italy, reflecting MIDJ's commitment to craftsmanship, durability, and a cohesive design identity that extends from indoor to outdoor spaces.

The 2026 outdoor collection embodies MIDJ's philosophy: contemporary design that balances beauty, functionality, and conviviality, creating welcoming environments where architecture and furniture engage naturally with the outdoors.
