Maison&Objet has closed the doors on its January 2026 edition and looks back on what it describes as a highly successful show. Over the course of five days, the international design and lifestyle fair brought together 2,300 brands and welcomed 67,000 buyers from 148 countries, creating a vibrant business atmosphere shaped by craftsmanship, excellence and French elegance.

According to the organisers, this year's edition reaffirmed Maison&Objet's position as a key global meeting point for the furniture, interior and design industry. The offer was characterised by strong creative identities, high-quality craftsmanship and a renewed focus on design that draws on its roots while shaping the future.
Strong international engagement
With buyers travelling from nearly 150 countries, the January show once again underlined its global reach. Exhibitors reported strong interest from international retailers, interior professionals and specifiers, with many highlighting the quality of conversations and business opportunities throughout the week.
Maison&Objet emphasised that the balance between established brands and emerging talent played an important role in the show's success, contributing to a dynamic and inspiring atmosphere across the halls.
Comparison with the January 2025 edition
When compared with the January 2025 edition, the overall scale of the event remains largely consistent. Last year, Maison&Objet hosted just over 2,360 exhibitors, with a similarly strong international presence. The 2026 figures show a stable level of participation, while buyer attendance at 67,000 visitors confirms continued confidence from the market despite ongoing economic challenges in parts of Europe. The steady numbers suggest that Maison&Objet continues to be seen as a reliable and essential sourcing and networking moment for the industry.
