As of 13 January 2026, Sebra Interiør ApS has acquired full ownership of Leander A/S through the purchase of all shares from the Swedish company Bare Collective AB.

The acquisition is part of a strategic consolidation of Danish furniture and interior brands for babies and children, with a strong focus on quality, design, and long-term development.
Leander A/S is a renowned Danish brand founded in 1998 by Stig Leander. Over the years, the company has established a strong international presence, exporting to +40 countries.
Sebra Interiør ApS and Leander A/S complement each other both commercially and in terms of values, and together they will be in a stronger position to develop the business, both in the Danish market and internationally.
For customers, partners, and retailers, the acquisition ensures continuity in daily collaboration and provides a stronger foundation for future growth and product development.
Leander A/S will continue as an independent subsidiary.
