Furniture manufacturer Maxfurn B.V. is taking a big step in the further professionalisation and sustainability of its operations. In collaboration with Trinitas Real Estate, an extensive new-build project is being realised on the Liessentstraat in Uden, consisting of a double-storey warehouse and an ultramodern head office including an experience centre.
The plans were recently festively concluded in the Uden Town Hall, with the management of Maxfurn and Trinitas Real Estate signing a long-term lease agreement. The development marks a strategic partnership that should significantly increase the furniture manufacturer's logistical clout.

For Maxfurn, the move means not only a capacity expansion, but also a qualitative boost for the brand. At the signing ceremony, Maxfurn board members John van den Broek (2nd from right) and Wilmar Verduin (left) expressed their confidence in this new chapter.
Double-storey warehouse and experience centre
The project at Liessentstraat 9 is an impressive volume:
- Logistics: A double-layer warehouse of approximately 17,500 m², designed for optimal efficiency in storage and distribution.
- Office & Experience: A state-of-the-art head office of 2,400 m², which will also house an experience centre where Maxfurn can present its collections to the professional trade.

Sustainability and energy label A++
Future-proofing is central to the design. The building is expected to have an energy label of A+++, thus meeting the strictest environmental requirements and the latest standards for logistics real estate. This is Maxfurn's response to the growing need for sustainable production and storage facilities within the interior industry.
Construction of the building is in the hands of construction company Unibouw. The first sod will go into the ground in February 2026. If construction goes according to schedule, completion will take place at the end of this year.
