JYSK has been officially recognised as a Top Employer Europe 2026, marking a significant achievement for the international home furnishings retailer and highlighting its commitment to excellence in HR practices and employee satisfaction.

This year, 14 JYSK countries successfully completed the rigorous Top Employers Institute certification process, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy, Greece, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovenia, and Serbia. Notably, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, and Serbia achieved certification for the first time, demonstrating JYSK's ongoing dedication to enhancing employee experience globally.

Highlights of the 2026 certification:
- Overall group average score rose to 77.21%, up from 72.69% in 2025.
- Leadership scored 99.43%, reflecting the company's focus on developing and motivating employees.
- Performance Tracking achieved 97.53%, while Employer Branding earned a perfect 100%.
- Italy saw the largest improvement with an 8.22% increase in scores.
The Top Employer certification, awarded by the Top Employers Institute, recognises organisations that continuously improve people practices through an independent, data-driven assessment of HR strategies across domains such as leadership, talent development, and employee engagement.
