A new independent flooring shop, Luxe Flooring, officially opened on 10 January 2026 on Wigton Road, Carlisle (England). The business was launched by Barry Blaylock, with 16 years of flooring experience at Floortek, and Jordan Russell, former owner of JR Flooring.
