Ivanytsia stated that the decision forms part of JYSK's broader strategy to support employees, maintain competitive remuneration, and invest in the people delivering daily customer service. He said the company continues to focus on creating a stable and responsible working environment despite ongoing uncertainty.

JYSK currently operates 112 stores across 38 Ukrainian cities, alongside its national e-commerce platform, and employs more than 900 people. The retailer has continued to expand and perform strongly in the market.
